Objective 4: Estimate Genetic Diversity

This objective investigates the genetic diversity within coral species to understand population connectivity and resilience. Using lcWGS and RADSeq data, we will quantify allelic richness, heterozygosity, and population structure across Kenya’s reefs to inform restoration strategies.
