Under this objective, we aim to identify robust diagnostic loci that differentiate closely related coral species. By analysing data generated from lcWGS, 3RAD and long read sequencing technologies, this objective will produce a suite of informative genomic regions suitable for species identification, monitoring, and conservation genetics.
